Oat Tea

This kid friendly drink is like a warm hug in a mug. Full of antioxidants and soothing honey and spices to keep you toasty, it's bound to become a fast favourite.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla optional

Instructions
 

  • Add the water, oats, cinnamon and cloves to a small to medium-sized saucepan.
  • Bring the contents of the pot to a boil, then turn down to medium low.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes, then strain.
  • Sweeten with honey to taste and add vanilla extract.
